The Oregon Federal Inspections Notice in Spanish is required when an employer is being inspected by a federal agency of the employer's records regarding the identity and employment eligibility of its employees. The employer must complete and display this poster within three business days of the employer's receipt of notice of the inspection from the federal agency.
